Kate Freeman has been designing books, magazines, newsletters, advertising, covers, and promotional campaign material such as postcards for more than a decade. Her clients have included Cemetery Dance Publications, Tor/Forge, Lonely Road Books, Space and Time, Gauntlet Press, HW Press, Endeavor Press, LVS Publishing, Full Moon Press, King’s Way Press, and many others. She has also worked directly with authors and their publicists.
Just a few of her projects include seven books by Stephen King, four books by Peter Straub, four books by William Peter Blatty, a poetry anthology featuring Ray Bradbury, the 25th Anniversary Edition of Dark Forces, the deluxe Limited Edition of Poe: A Screenplay by Stewart O’Nan, The Strain trilogy by Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan, and more than one hundred other books.
